User Name and Password:   

The first time you order with EdstromDirect, you will be e-mailed a user name and password. Using a user name and password saves you time when you order by eliminating the need to repeat address information every time you place an order.  It also allows to quickly retrieve information unique to your order account history.  If you forget your password contact our Teleservice Department at teleservice@edstrom.com.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  No purchase is charged to your credit card until we ship the merchandise.  We protect your credit information and do not provide it to any other organizations.

How to Return Product: 

If you are unhappy with your order for any reasons, we will replace or refund your order, or credit your account.  You can initiate the return online or contact our Teleservice Department. 

We will contact you with a return authorization number by email.  Please print out the authorization and include it with your returned items.  

If you do not wish to complete the online return form call our Teleservice Department at 800-558-5913 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday or email teleservice@edstrom.com to request a call back from a Teleservice Representative.  Your teleservice representative will be asking you order related questions so please have this information handy.  You will then be issued a return authorization number.  Write this number down and include it along with your complete name, order number, telephone and/or email address and include this with your returned items. 

Wrap the package securely and ship it to Edstrom Industries, Inc., 819 Bakke Avenue, Waterford, WI 53185.  Send your returned items back to us via a traceable method (UPS, FED EX, etc) for your protection.  No COD shipments please.  

In general we do not have a restocking fee.  If items are returned to us more than 60 days after purchase and/or are in unsatisfactory condition or missing parts you may be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.   

Refunds: 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally received for the purchase.  If by credit card, we will issue credit to that card, if by check or money order, we issue you a refund check and if by open account we will issue you credit on your account.  

Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

Shipping: 

Most orders are shipped UPS.  Next day and second day express deliveries are also available upon request.  Some items (i.e. bottle fillers) are too large for UPS shipments and separate arrangements must be made. We will contact you with shipping charges on those items for your approval. 

EdstromDirect orders will not be shipped until complete. If your order will be held up do to a back-order we will contact you. You will have the option to delete the backordered item from your order or wait until the order is complete. 

Goods damaged in shipment: 

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your merchansdise is damaged during shipment, please contact our Teleservice Department immediately at 800-558-5913.
